Now let's talk about the very first update which is the Processor ROG Phone 3 Will come with the Snapdragon 865+ SOC , Snapdragon 865+ is now officially launched by Qualcomm and ROG Phone 3 will be the first smartphone in the market released with the Qualcomm's new snapdragon 865+ Chipset it will be clocked at 3.1 GHz Up until now all previous Snapdragon SOC's like the 855+ or 865 was clocked at 2.8 GHz and even the overclocked 855+ SOC in the ROG Phone 2 was clocked at 2.96 GHz.
Ultimately they were all under 3GHz and the 3GHz clock speed was a barrier no SOC was able to cross but with this new Snapdragon 865+ SOC that 3 GHz barrier has broken now and this 865+ version is the enhanced version of the 865 SOC If you want to know more about the 865 SOC then You can simply search about it.
ASUS always use an overclocked CPU in the ROG Phone line up so they may overclock the 865+ as well in the ROG Phone 3 and with the ROG Phone 3 you will also get a a 3rd GEN Vapour Chamber in ROG Phone 3 to increase the cooling efficiency You will also get 8gb, 12gb, and 16gb of LPDDR5 ram with up to 512gb of UFS 3.0 storage this means with ROG Phone 3 you will get pure and pure Gaming Performance now let's talk about the GPU according to Qualcomm the GPU of the Snapdragon 865+ is 10% faster than the Snapdragon 865 and with this 865+ SOC you will also get WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity hence, ROG Phone 3 will provide you rapid fast connectivity which ultimately gives you low network latency ( PING ) Rog Phone 3, will come with the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with ROG Phone UI ( Skin )
Now let's talk about the display ASUS did not share any information about the display yet but according to rumors it's expected to have a 6.69 inch Super Fast 144Hz FULLHD+ Amoled Display with HDR10.
now let's talk about the camera no official information is available right now from ASUS but previously we have seen a leaked video of Asus ROG Phone 3 ( Tencent version ) and as you can clearly see in the picture of Rog Phone has a triple camera setup and we are expecting a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor ( Main Camera ), a 13MP Ultrawide Camera, and a 2MP Telephoto or Macro Camera and you will get 2 Rear LEDs like the ROG Phone 2, one of which will be the LED Camera Flash and the second one will be the RGB LED for the ROG Phone 3 Lighting Case you will also get the ROGs signature RGB logo.
Now let's talk about the other features you will get with the ROG Phone 3 it will come with Dual Front Firing Stereo Speakers along with the DTS X Ultra it will also have Dual AirTriggers like ROG Phone 2 but according to few rumors this time ASUS may include Physical Buttons instead of AirTriggers so tell me in the comment section down below what you prefer AirTriggers or Physical Buttons ROG Phone 3 will come with an Accessory Port at the left side, to connect the Aero Active Cooler and other ROG Phone 3 accessories similar like ROG Phone 1 and ROG Phone 2 and to power, all these components, ASUS may include the same 6000mAh battery like the ROG Phone 2 or they may increase the battery capacity to 6100mAh to 6200mAh for the next generation ROG Phone it will also support 30W Fast Charging with USB Type C.
According to a few rumors, ASUS may exclude the 3.5mm Headphone support but fortunately, it hasn't been confirmed by ASUS yet and because Headphone jack play an important role in gaming phones so I don't think ASUS will exclude the headphone jack any time soon so please let me know in the comment section down below do you want headphone jack or not.
